The approach
Courts do not read pages of complaints about the other parent. I only reference gatekeeping, parental alienation, or harmful behaviour when it is clearly documented and directly affects the children.
I understand you feel you need to explain yourself. The important thing for court is knowing exactly what they claim about you and what you need to prove.
My experience
I am not a solicitor. I have no legal qualifications. What I have is six years navigating the family court system as a father — the same system you are going through right now. I know how it works from the inside and I know what judges want to see. I don't give legal advice.
